From the bench, the window frames the field and the pond below — the outlook is the point of the siting, and the glass is placed to hand it to you sitting down.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eInside, thermo-aspen on the walls and ceiling, with the bench corner eased in a curve rather than butted square. Underfoot, cedar decking laid as the floor — water drains through instead of pooling.
