One cabin, three finishes
Hemlock, Terva and Hiili are the same cabin in different surfaces, and they cost the same. Finnish birch plywood lined with Hemlock or CWP birch, bonded with weatherproof D4 adhesive to emission class M1 — which is what keeps the panels stable through the swing between a cold room and a 190°F sauna. Wood is a natural material: small knots and variation in shade are characteristic, not defects.
Walls that are actually insulated
Wall and ceiling elements are sandwich construction — 45 mm non-combustible stone wool between the inner and outer surfaces, with 25 mm conduit run inside the panels for the electrical cabling. The cabin arrives as elements, not as a kit of loose boards.
Ventilation, which most cabins get wrong
Fresh air enters above the heater so it mixes with the rising heat instead of pooling at floor level. Exhaust leaves through an adjustable-speed fan under the benches, near the floor — which is what keeps the lower bench warm and the air breathable through a long sit. A second exhaust valve in the ceiling stays shut while you bathe and opens afterwards so the room dries out.
Choosing a configuration
Basic bench — the standard two-tier layout, in five sizes. L-Divan adds a corner run with a divan section, in three sizes. Exclusive and Yoga are the two largest layouts; the Yoga bench comes with the starry-sky ceiling rather than the single spot. Each is available with a closed front wall or a glass wall and door — the glass version costs less, not more.
The single cabin is a different animal: 49" × 47.8", one person, Hemlock only with no surface treatment.
Every cabin includes the wall and ceiling elements, TAIVE benches, Sauna Linear LED behind the backrests and benches, one fibre-optic ceiling spot, a door with black hinges, the exhaust fan and the fresh air vent. Door, bench and front-wall handedness can be swapped at order — tell us which way the room runs.

Cariitti warranty from delivery: 2 years on cabin frames and roof, 1 year on bench frames, 6 months on bench surfaces in normal home use, 3 months in commercial use. The warranty does not cover an indoor cabin installed outdoors, or blueing and warping caused by poor ventilation.

The floor element is the one worth thinking about early. It arrives as a construction kit with the drain already built in rather than cut afterwards, and it is what lets you throw water in the room without worrying about the subfloor. The floor covering adhesive is not included — that gets sourced locally to suit what you are building on.
