A seven-foot square hot room in Camden, Maine, wrapped in gray Maibec cedar shingles and set on helical piers with a four-foot covered porch built into the site.
The design is clean and minimal: a black full-light door flanked by two large picture windows—one six feet by three, the other three by three—so you can watch the trees while you sit in the heat. Inside, thermo-aspen one-by-five cladding with prebuilt Thermory benches, seats four to six. A HUUM Drop 9kW heater with WiFi control sits at the center, vented through the roof.
Cedar decking wraps the porch. The whole thing is built to sit quietly in the Maine woods and stay there.
